Jobs Challenge - Apply for a job (role play)

During the 7th day we were given the task of preparing for a job interview. 

Among our group, our trainers chose the people who would be interviewing for the job. They had to prepare the company they would be interviewing for .

During this, the rest of the group went to wear professional clothes. We were given instructions on how the interview should look like and everyone prepared very well. We really enjoyed preparation time, because we could think about the strongest features of our characters

During the sessions of the day we were asked to prepare ourselves for a real job interview. 

Some of us play the role of employers, the rest applied for certain positions. We dressed up nicely, grabed our CVs and cover letters and went to try our luck on job interviews. 

Some questions stressed us a little, some made us think outside the box. It was very helpful session for all of us. 

It helped us improve our soft skills and get more confident
