Job challenges, there are so many of them! Either those come from the employers or the employees.
The first step is to recognise them and take action against injustice, harassment and discrimination of any kind. Even if you pass the interview without any incidents, there is no guarantee the work environment will spare you…
In the third session, the FORUM Theatre helped us identify and discuss these issues. It was a very interesting and dynamic way to tackle this topic.

In the last session, having all the necessary information, the participants, divided into mixed teams, created sketchs in which they presented how NOT to behave during an interview.
They had 10 minutes per representation. All members of a team were actively involved in the scene. The spectators identified the negative situation and came up with solutions to make the presented negative situation positive.
We used elements from the Forum Theater to be able to reach a positive situation, more precisely, the spectators could intervene where they thought they could change something from the initial scene.
Later, there were discussions regarding what was observed during the sketchs and the correct conduct, necessary in an interview, was noted by the whole group. Finally, the facilitators presented some rules that must be followed during an interview.
