Fears & Expectations! Why are we here?

First day of the project we had a session where we had to write our Fears and Expectations privately.

Language barrier being the most common fear among the team. We had to try to break the fears with solutions. It was diligently for most of the participants to erode the expectations than to come up with the fears.

At the end of the practice most of the fears vanished and we hope to have our expectations accomplished by the end of the project.
